BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management
- 入學門檻：取得國際飯店與觀光管理高等文憑
(Higher Diploma in International Hotel and Tourism Management) - 年齡限制： 19 歲以上
- 語言要求： 以英語做面試 / 通過HTMi測驗/ 國際英語測驗TOEFL 550分或者是英國雅思測驗IELTS 6 分或者是HTMi的入學測驗考試合格者
- 工作經驗： 1年 /或曾參加HTMi 1年的實習課程
在課程結束時，學生將能夠：

4-6個月瑞士支薪實習
